For the purposes of this policy:

Business Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) denotes Oxa Couture, situated at Rr. Rexhep Bislimi, Ferizaj, Kosovo.
Goods encompass items available for purchase on our platform.
Orders signify requests made by you to acquire Goods from Us.
Service pertains to our online platform.
Website refers to our online portal accessible at https://oxacouture.com.
You denotes individuals accessing or using our Service, or the entity on whose behalf such individuals act.

 

General Return Policy

Products purchased from physical stores cannot be returned.
All items, except discounted ones, are eligible for return.
Custom designs based on client preferences are non-returnable.
If size and measurements are selected by the client, the product becomes unreturnable.
Dissatisfaction with a dress must be reported within 24 hours. A return request must be initiated by providing a photo of the tried-on dress through the client's agent.
Items must be shipped back following provided instructions. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost during shipping.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned within 24 hours of purchase receipt.

For a refund, ensure the following conditions are met:

Returned items must have the red ribbon intact and be in their original packaging. Note: Returns will not be accepted if this tag is stained, removed, or tampered with.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Original tags (if applicable) must be included.
Please note that differences in color may occur due to photo editing and monitor variations.

Certain products can be returned but are non-refundable, such as defective items.

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it and process your refund accordingly.

 

Client Rights on a Refund

A full refund is available within 24 hours of completing the purchase.
From 1 to 14 days, a 60% refund is applicable.
Refunds beyond 14 days will be at 50% of the payment.
Note: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible.

 

Receiving a Refund

Upon acceptance of your refund request, payment will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, provide Full Name & IBAN Number.
