For the purposes of this policy:

Orders mean requests made by you to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using our Service.


General Return Policy

  • Products purchased from physical stores are non-returnable.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Custom-made or made-to-measure designs are strictly non-returnable.
  • Orders where the client selects specific sizes and/or measurements are considered final and non-returnable.

Couture Policy Notice:
Oxa Couture garments are handcrafted couture pieces, produced specifically upon order.
Purchases made with the intention of trying the dress for temporary use, events, photoshoots, or personal fitting beyond standard try-on are strictly not permitted.
Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or handling beyond basic fitting will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A return request must include clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Items must be shipped back following our instructions. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be in original condition and original packaging
  • All original tags (if applicable) must be included
  • The item must show no signs of wear, usage, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or damage

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen differences and are not considered defects.

Certain items may be accepted for return but may not be eligible for a refund (e.g., specific defect cases handled at our discretion).


Claims & Evidence Requirement

To process any claim regarding damage, sizing, fit issues, or other concerns, you must provide clear visual evidence (photos or videos) showing the issue with the product, including images of the item being worn when applicable. For verification and fraud prevention purposes, the client’s face must also be visible in the submitted evidence. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or without visible identification may be rejected.


Client Refund Rights

  • Full refund: within 24 hours of purchase
  • From 1 to 14 days: up to 60% refund
  • After 14 days: up to 50% refund

Important: Refund eligibility requires that the request is initiated within 24 hours of delivery and all return conditions are met.


Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
