Thank you for choosing Oxa Couture! We know that waiting for your order can be tough, so we want to make sure you're in the loop about our shipping policy.

 

Shipping Options

For the quickest delivery of your order, we provide fast and reliable express shipping. No need to pay for shipping, as it's our treat! We're happy to cover the cost for you. The shipping rates will depend on the selected option and the customer's location. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be charged upon delivery to their location.

Processing Time

As fashionistas ourselves, we understand the importance of quick turnaround times. We will process your order once we receive the payment and your order confirmation email. Delivery estimates: DHL Express within 3 to 4 business days (only for Ready-To-Wear Collections) Oxa Couture orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Note* Shipping will take 1-3 months for products that are custom-made (including production time). Products that are built specifically for a customer's wants and requirements must be created from the beginning.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at onlinesale@oxacouture.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping Time

We know you can't wait to rock your new outfit, so we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We'll do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Address

We want to make sure your order ends up in your hands (and on your body) and not your neighbor's. Signature policy: The customer is required to sign the package once the product is delivered.

Delivery Issue

Sometimes shipping hiccups happen - delays, failed delivery attempts, etc. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
